Turning everyday experiences into learning and improvement
LoopMe is a research-based digital platform that makes learning and development visible. By combining action, reflection and analysis, LoopMe turns everyday experiences into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Today, LoopMe is used in vocational education, coaching, performance improvement and research.

40,000+users
People act, reflect and grow with LoopMe

12+years of research
Built on 12 years of research together with Chalmers University of Technology

400+organizations
Supports organizations that collaborate to drive learning and development

Research-based by design
LoopMe grew out of research at Chalmers University of Technology and has been developed in close collaboration with researchers for more than 12 years.
Together with researchers at Chalmers University of Technology, we have refined the research methodology Designed Action Sampling (DAS) and developed LoopMe to support evidence-based learning and development at scale.
What began as a research tool for capturing people’s experiences in real time has evolved into a platform that helps organizations combine action, reflection, feedback and analysis in everyday work.
One platform. Many ways to learn, develop and improve.
Improve the quality of work-based learning
Bring planning, documentation and follow-up together in one secure platform – giving schools better insight into student learning while reducing administration.
Support individual learning and development at scale
Structure learning, follow individual progress and provide the right support at the right time – without losing the personal dialogue.
Turn everyday experiences into continuous improvement
Engage employees in development, make progress visible and turn everyday experiences into actionable insights.
Collect and analyse qualitative data at scale
Collect rich data from participants in real-world settings and scale qualitative research without compromising depth.
OUR STORY
LoopMe’s story began in 2012 at Chalmers University of Technology. As part of a research study, Martin Lackéus wanted to understand what participants were actually experiencing while learning through action. A simple digital tool was created around two questions:
How do you feel?
Why do you feel like this?

The answers revealed something important: short reflections collected close to the actual experience could provide remarkably rich insights into learning and development. The participants’ reflections made processes visible that were otherwise difficult to observe. That insight became the starting point for LoopMe. Over the following years, the platform was developed through research projects, real-world use and continuous collaboration with schools, organizations and researchers.
What started as a research tool has today become a platform used to support learning and development across education, working life and research.
OUR PURPOSE
Better learning. Better development.Better outcomes.
We believe that people learn and develop best when they are actively involved in their own development.
Our purpose is to make that process visible – so individuals can reflect and learn, leaders can provide better support, and organizations can continuously improve based on real experiences and evidence.
By making learning and development easier to understand, support and scale, we want to contribute to better education, stronger organizations and more meaningful learning in everyday life.
